The 87th Friedeholz Cross powered by STOOKER BRANDS will take place on November 30, 2025, in Syke and marks the beginning of the cross-country season in the Diepholz district. The challenging courses traverse forest paths and include crossing the Wolfsschlucht as well as a long ascent at the forest stadium. Participants can choose from various distances, including youth races and a long distance of 10.3 km.
